Gizlilik Politikası

1. Bu politika neyi kapsar?

Bu politika, Yevmiyem Cebimde mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Veri sorumlusu: Bilal Turan (iletişim bilgisi aşağıda). Uygulama, yevmiyeli çalışanların gittikleri günleri, mesailerini, avanslarını ve maaş ödemelerini takip etmesi için tasarlanmıştır.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

a) Uygulamaya girdiğin kayıtlar (her durumda telefonunda):

• Firma/tersane adı, il, sektör, günlük yevmiye ve günlük çalışma saati
• Gün kayıtları: tarih, durum, mesai, eksik saat, gitmeme nedeni, isteğe bağlı not
• Avans ve maaş ödemesi kayıtları: tarih, tutar, firma, isteğe bağlı not
• Uygulama tercihleri: maaş düzeni, tema, hatırlatma saati

b) Apple (iOS) veya Google (Android) ile giriş yaparsan: iOS'ta Apple'ın uygulamaya özel verdiği anonim hesap kimliği (ad, soyad ve e‑posta istenmez); Android'de Google hesabının e‑posta adresi ve Google'ın verdiği hesap kimliği (hesabı tanımak ve yedeğin sahibini belirlemek için saklanır; Google'dan başka bilgi istenmez). Ayrıca yukarıdaki kayıtların yedeği.

c) Anonim yevmiye endeksine katkıyı açıkça açarsan: Her ay bir kez; ay, il (yurt dışındaysa ülke), sektör, görev seviyesi (ör. yardımcı, usta), meslek dalı, günlük yevmiye, para birimi ve günlük çalışma saati. Bu kayıt firma adı, hesap kimliği, ad, e‑posta, cihaz bilgisi veya konum içermez ve seninle ilişkilendirilmez. Kullanıcı başına ayda en çok 4 kayıt kabul edilir.

d) Geri bildirim göndermeyi seçersen: yazdığın mesaj, konu seçimin, uygulama sürümü, platform (iOS/Android) ve dil. Ad, e‑posta, hesap kimliği veya kayıtların gönderilmez; mesaja kişisel bilgi yazmamanı öneririz. Mesajlar yalnızca geliştirici tarafından okunur, bir yıl sonra silinir.

e) Reklamlar: Reklam sağlayıcımız Google AdMob; reklam göstermek, sıklığı sınırlamak ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için cihaz ve kullanım bilgilerini (IP adresi, cihaz modeli, reklam etkileşimleri) işler. Reklam kimliği (IDFA) yalnızca iOS'un "Takip izni" penceresinde izin verirsen kullanılır; reddedersen reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez. Android'de Google reklam kimliği (AAID) kullanılabilir; bunu Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir veya devre dışı bırakabilirsin.

Uygulama; T.C. kimlik numarası, telefon numarası, hassas konum, rehber veya fotoğraf toplamaz. Yevmiye kayıtların reklam sağlayıcısıyla paylaşılmaz.

3. Veriler nerede saklanır?

• Telefonunda: Tüm kayıtlar cihazının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Hesap açmazsan veri telefondan hiç çıkmaz. Android'de Google'ın cihaz yedeklemesi açıksa uygulama verisi senin Google hesabına yedeklenebilir (bu Google'ın hizmetidir, ayarlardan kapatabilirsin).
• Bulut yedeği (isteğe bağlı, açık rızanla): Apple (iOS) veya Google (Android) ile giriş yaparken yedeklemeyi ayrıca onaylarsın. Not ve gitmeme nedeni alanlarına sağlıkla ilgili bir şey yazdıysan (ör. "rapor aldım") bu bilgi de yedeğe girer; bu nedenle yedek yalnızca açık rızanla alınır ve onayı vermezsen hiçbir şey yüklenmez. Kayıtların Supabase (PostgreSQL) altyapısında, yalnızca senin hesabının okuyup yazabildiği tek bir yedek kaydında saklanır. Aktarım şifrelidir (TLS). Sunucular yurt dışında bulunabilir.
• Anonim endeks (isteğe bağlı): Kimliksiz kayıtlar ayrı bir koleksiyonda tutulur; uygulama bu kayıtları yalnızca doğrulayan bir sunucu fonksiyonuyla ekleyebilir, kimse (uygulama dahil) tek tek okuyamaz.

4. Verilerin kullanım amacı ve hukuki dayanak

• Hesaplama: Hakediş, saatlik ücret, mesai, kesinti, avans dengesi ve istatistikler telefonunda hesaplanır (sözleşmenin ifası).
• Yedekleme ve geri yükleme: Telefon değiştiğinde verini kaybetmemen için (sözleşmenin ifası; hizmeti sen başlatırsın).
• Geri bildirim: İstek ve hataları değerlendirip uygulamayı geliştirmek (meşru menfaat; mesajı sen gönderirsin).
• Yevmiye Endeksi: İl ve sektör bazında ortalama ücretlerin çıkarılması (açık rıza). Endeks sonuçları yalnızca en az 20 kişilik gruplar halinde, toplu ve anonim olarak yayınlanır ya da araştırma ve raporlama amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılabilir; tek tek kayıtlar hiçbir zaman paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz. Firma adı endekse hiç gönderilmez.

5. Üçüncü taraflar, analitik ve reklam

• Apple: iOS'ta Apple ile giriş (kimlik doğrulama).
• Google: Android'de Google ile giriş (kimlik doğrulama).
• Supabase: Kimlik doğrulama ve bulut yedeği için altyapı sağlayıcısı (veri işleyen). Supabase verini kendi amaçları için kullanmaz.
• Google AdMob: Reklam gösterimi. AB/İngiltere'deki kullanıcılardan Google'ın onay formuyla izin alınır; iOS'ta takip için ATT izni istenir. Tercihlerini Ayarlar'dan ya da iOS Ayarlar › Gizlilik › Takip'ten değiştirebilirsin. Ayrıntı: Google reklam politikası.
• Uygulamada ayrı bir analitik aracı bulunmaz.
• Yevmiye, avans ve maaş kayıtların satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

6. Bildirimler

"Günlük hatırlatma" özelliğini açarsan uygulama, seçtiğin saatte cihazında yerel bir bildirim planlar. Bildirim cihazında üretilir; bir sunucudan gönderilmez. İstediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.

7. Saklama süresi ve silme

• Telefondaki veriler sen silene kadar kalır: tek kayıtları ilgili ekrandan, hepsini Ayarlar › Tüm Verileri Sil ile silebilirsin.
• Bulut yedeği hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Ayarlar › Hesap ve Yedek › Hesabımı ve Bulut Yedeğimi Sil ile hesabın, yedeğin ve giriş bağlantın (Apple/Google, e‑posta dahil) anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan silme talebini bilalturan1717@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.
• Anonim endeks kayıtları kimlik içermediği için sana ait olarak bulunamaz ve silinemez; katkıyı istediğin an kapatarak yeni kayıt eklenmesini durdurabilirsin.

Hesap ve veri silme

Uygulamayı açıp Ayarlar › Hesap ve Yedek › Hesabımı ve Bulut Yedeğimi Sil yolunu izlediğinde hesabın ve buluttaki bütün verilerin (yedek, giriş bilgisi, e‑posta dahil) anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan bilalturan1717@gmail.com adresine hesabınla ilişkili e‑postayı yazarak silme talebi gönderebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Telefondaki veriler için Ayarlar › Tüm Verileri Sil kullan.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama çalışan yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır ve 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

9. Güvenlik

Bulut yedeğine erişim güvenlik kurallarıyla yalnızca senin hesabına kısıtlıdır; aktarım şifrelidir. Telefonundaki veriler işletim sisteminin koruduğu uygulama alanındadır; ekran kilidi kullanmanı öneririz.

10. Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR)

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, taşıma ve açık rızanı geri alma haklarına sahipsin. Bu hakların çoğunu doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanabilirsin (düzenle, sil, katkıyı kapat, hesabı sil). Diğer talepler için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkın saklıdır.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikada değişiklik yaparsak yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayınlar ve yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz. Verinin kullanım amacını genişleten değişikliklerde onayın ayrıca istenir.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Yevmiyem Cebimde'yi indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

2. Uygulamanın amacı

Uygulama, kişisel çalışma kayıtlarını tutmana ve bunlara dayalı hesaplamalar yapmana yardımcı olan bir kişisel takip aracıdır. Resmi puantaj, bordro, muhasebe veya hukuki belge niteliği taşımaz.

3. Hesaplamalar ve sorumluluk reddi

• Tüm hesaplamalar senin girdiğin verilere ve seçtiğin ayarlara (yevmiye, çalışma saati, mesai katsayısı, maaş düzeni vb.) dayanır. Yanlış veya eksik girişten doğan sonuçlardan uygulama sorumlu değildir.
• Uygulama; iş sözleşmen, toplu sözleşme, iş mevzuatı veya işvereninin uygulamaları hakkında bilgi sahibi değildir. Gösterilen tutarlar tahmin niteliğindedir ve işvereninin fiili ödemesiyle farklılık gösterebilir.
• "Ay sonu tahmini" gibi ileriye dönük değerler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; taahhüt içermez.
• Uygulama hukuki, mali veya muhasebe danışmanlığı sunmaz. İşverenle uyuşmazlık durumunda resmi kayıtlar ve yetkili merciler esastır.

4. Verilerin ve yedeklemenin sorumluluğu

Hesap açmadan kullanırsan veriler yalnızca cihazında saklanır; cihazın kaybı, arızası, sıfırlanması veya uygulamanın silinmesi hâlinde kaybolabilir. Apple (iOS) veya Google (Android) ile giriş yaparak bulut yedeğini açman önerilir. Bulut yedeği makul özenle sağlanır ancak kesintisiz olacağı garanti edilmez; veri kaybından doğan zararlardan uygulama sorumlu tutulamaz.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı bir amaçla, üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde veya uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözümlemek, kopyalamak ya da yeniden dağıtmak için kullanamazsın.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, adı, logosu ve yazılımı geliştiricisine aittir. Sana yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Kendi girdiğin veriler sana aittir.

7. Ücret ve satın almalar

Uygulama şu anda ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli özellikler eklenirse fiyat ve kapsam satın alma öncesinde açıkça gösterilir; satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play'in kendi koşullarına tabidir.

8. Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde geliştirici; uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan (kazanç kaybı ve veri kaybı dahil) sorumlu değildir.

10. Değişiklikler ve fesih

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Uygulamayı istediğin zaman silerek kullanımı sonlandırabilirsin.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici sıfatıyla sahip olduğun zorunlu yasal haklar saklıdır.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how the Yevmiyem Cebimde mobile application (the "App") handles personal data. Data controller: Bilal Turan (contact below). The App helps daily‑wage workers track workdays, overtime, advances and salary payments.

2. What data is processed?

a) Records you enter (always on your phone):

• Employer name, city, sector, daily wage and daily working hours
• Day records: date, status, overtime, missing hours, absence reason, optional note
• Advance and salary payment records: date, amount, employer, optional note
• Preferences: pay scheme, theme, reminder time

b) If you sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android): on iOS, the anonymous, app‑specific account identifier provided by Apple (your name and e‑mail are not requested); on Android, your Google account e‑mail address and the account identifier provided by Google (stored to recognise your account and decide who owns the backup; nothing else is requested from Google). Plus a backup of the records above.

c) If you explicitly turn on the anonymous wage index: once a month the month, city (or country if abroad), sector, job level (e.g. helper, master), trade, daily wage, currency and daily hours. This entry contains no employer name, account ID, name, e‑mail, device information or location and is not linked to you. At most 4 entries per user per month are accepted.

d) If you choose to send feedback: your message, the topic you picked, the app version, platform (iOS/Android) and language. No name, e‑mail, account ID or records are sent; please do not put personal information in the message. Messages are read only by the developer and deleted after one year.

e) Advertising: our ad provider Google AdMob processes device and usage information (IP address, device model, ad interactions) to serve ads, limit frequency and prevent fraud. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow it in iOS's "Allow tracking" prompt; otherwise ads are not personalised. On Android, the Google advertising ID (AAID) may be used; you can reset or disable it under Settings › Google › Ads.

The App does not collect national ID, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos. Your wage records are never shared with the ad provider.

3. Where is data stored?

• On your phone: all records live in your device's local storage. Without an account, data never leaves the phone. On Android, if Google's device backup is on, app data may be backed up to your Google account (a Google service you can turn off in settings).
• Cloud backup (optional, with your explicit consent): when you sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) you separately confirm the backup. If you wrote anything health‑related in the note or absence‑reason fields (e.g. "sick leave"), it is included in the backup; therefore the backup is made only with your explicit consent and nothing is uploaded if you decline. Your records are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure in a single backup record that only your account can read or write. Transfer is encrypted (TLS). Servers may be located outside Türkiye.
• Anonymous index (optional): non‑identifying entries are kept in a separate collection that the App can only append to through a validating server function; nobody (including the App) can read individual entries.

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Calculations: earnings, hourly rate, overtime, deductions, advance balance and statistics are computed on your phone (performance of the service).
• Backup and restore: so you don't lose your data when changing phones (performance of the service, initiated by you).
• Feedback: evaluating requests and bug reports to improve the App (legitimate interest; you choose to send the message).
• Wage Index: computing average wages by city and sector (explicit consent). Index results are published or shared with third parties for research and reporting only as aggregated, anonymous figures for groups of at least 20 people; individual entries are never shared or sold. Employer names are never sent to the index.

5. Third parties, analytics and advertising

• Apple: Sign in with Apple on iOS (authentication).
• Google: Sign in with Google on Android (authentication).
• Supabase: infrastructure provider (processor) for authentication and cloud backup. Supabase does not use your data for its own purposes.
• Google AdMob: serving ads. Users in the EEA/UK are asked for consent via Google's consent form; on iOS tracking requires ATT permission. You can change your choices in Settings or in iOS Settings › Privacy › Tracking. Details: Google advertising policy.
• The App contains no separate analytics tool.
• Your wage, advance and salary records are not sold and not shared for advertising.

6. Notifications

If you enable the "daily reminder", the App schedules a local notification on your device. It is generated on the device, not sent from a server, and can be turned off at any time.

7. Retention and deletion

• On‑device data stays until you delete it: single records from their screen, everything via Settings › Delete All Data.
• The cloud backup is kept while your account exists. Settings › Account & Backup › Delete my account and cloud backup immediately and permanently deletes your account, your backup and the sign‑in link (Apple/Google, including e‑mail). If you cannot access the app you can send a deletion request to bilalturan1717@gmail.com from the e‑mail linked to your account; it is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
• Anonymous index entries contain no identity, so they cannot be located as yours or deleted; you can stop new entries at any time by turning the contribution off.

Account and data deletion

Open the app and go to Settings › Account & Backup › Delete my account and cloud backup: your account and all cloud data (backup, sign‑in details including e‑mail) are deleted immediately and permanently. If you cannot access the app, e‑mail bilalturan1717@gmail.com from the address linked to your account; it is deleted within 30 days at the latest. For on‑device data use Settings › Delete All Data.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for working adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

Access to your cloud backup is restricted to your account by security rules and transfer is encrypted. On‑device data is kept in the app sandbox; we recommend using a screen lock.

10. Your rights (GDPR / Turkish KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, port your data and withdraw consent. Most of these can be exercised directly in the App (edit, delete, turn off contribution, delete account). For other requests write to the address below; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here and update the effective date. Changes that extend the purpose of processing will require your consent again.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Yevmiyem Cebimde you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a personal tracking tool that helps you keep your own work records and run calculations based on them. It is not an official timesheet, payroll, accounting or legal document.

3. Calculations and disclaimer

• All calculations are based on the data you enter and the settings you choose (wage, working hours, overtime multiplier, pay scheme, etc.). The App is not responsible for results arising from incorrect or incomplete input.
• The App has no knowledge of your employment contract, collective agreement, labour law or your employer's practices. Displayed amounts are estimates and may differ from what your employer actually pays.
• Forward‑looking values such as the "month‑end projection" are for information only and constitute no commitment.
• The App does not provide legal, financial or accounting advice. In any dispute with an employer, official records and competent authorities prevail.

4. Responsibility for data and backups

Without an account, data is stored only on your device and may be lost if the device is lost, damaged, reset or the App is uninstalled. We recommend enabling the cloud backup via Sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). The backup is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of availability; the App cannot be held liable for damages resulting from data loss.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes third‑party rights, or to reverse‑engineer, copy or redistribute the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App's design, name, logo and software belong to its developer. You are granted a limited, non‑transferable licence for personal, non‑commercial use only. The data you enter belongs to you.

7. Fees and purchases

The App is currently free. If paid features are added in the future, their price and scope will be shown clearly before purchase; purchases are subject to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is". No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost earnings and data loss) arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the current terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes; mandatory statutory rights you hold as a consumer remain unaffected.
