Bu politika, İbanla Kanka mobil uygulamasının verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız yalnızca e-posta adresiniz alınır. Apple'ın “E-postamı Gizle” seçeneğini kullanırsanız gerçek adresiniz bize hiç ulaşmaz.
Verilerinizi asla satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya reklam/izleme amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Uygulamada reklam ve üçüncü taraf analitik aracı yoktur.
Verileriniz altyapı sağlayıcımız Supabase (PostgreSQL) üzerinde saklanır. Tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Erişim, satır-seviyesi güvenlik (Row Level Security) politikalarıyla korunur: yalnızca siz ve verinizi paylaştığınız kankalarınız ilgili kayıtlara erişebilir. IBAN'ınız yalnızca arkadaş olduğunuz kişilere görünür.
Diğer kullanıcılarla: yalnızca işlev gereği — bir kankanla harcama böldüğünde o kişi ilgili tutarı ve (paylaştıysan) IBAN'ını görür; gruba katıldığında grup üyeleri grup harcamalarını görür.
Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız: veriyi yalnızca bizim adımıza işlerler, kendi amaçları için kullanamazlar.

Dilediğiniz an hesabınızı kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz: Profil → Hesabımı Sil. Bu işlem geri alınamaz; harcama, borç, grup, abonelik ve rozet verilerinizin tamamı silinir.
Veriler hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde veritabanından anında silinir, yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde temizlenir.
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkınız vardır. Verilerinizin çoğuna uygulama içinden doğrudan erişebilir, düzenleyebilir ve silebilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için bize yazın.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
Bu koşullar, İbanla Kanka uygulamasını kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
İbanla Kanka; arkadaşlar arasında ortak harcamaların bölüşülmesini, borçların takibini ve karşılıklı onayla ödeşme kaydını sağlar. Hizmeti geliştirme, değiştirme veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
Temel özellikler ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı Premium aboneliği ek özellikler açar.

Girdiğiniz harcama açıklamaları, grup adları ve fiş görselleri size aittir. Bunları yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla saklar ve işleriz. İçeriğinizin yasalara uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Kullanıcılar arasındaki borç ilişkilerinden, ödemelerin yapılıp yapılmamasından ve girilen verilerin doğruluğundan sorumlu değiliz. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz an uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Koşulların ihlali hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden bilgilendirilirsiniz.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulamayı hiç açmadan da silebilirsiniz. Aşağıdaki iki yoldan istediğinizi kullanabilirsiniz.
Hesabınız ve tüm verileriniz anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir.
Telefonunuz yok, uygulamayı sildiniz veya hesabınıza giriş yapamıyorsanız, e-posta ile silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
E-postada hesaba kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi (ve biliyorsanız kullanıcı adınızı) belirtin. Talebiniz kimlik doğrulandıktan sonra en fazla 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve size sonuç bildirilir.
Veriler veritabanından anında silinir, yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde tamamen temizlenir.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, only your email address is received. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email”, your real address never reaches us.
We never sell, rent or share your data for advertising or tracking purposes. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics tools.
Your data is stored on our infrastructure provider Supabase (PostgreSQL). All communication is encrypted with HTTPS. Access is protected by Row Level Security policies: only you and the friends you share data with can access the relevant records. Your IBAN is visible only to people you are friends with.
With other users: only as required by the service — when you split an expense with a friend, that person sees the amount and (if you shared it) your IBAN; when you join a group, group members see group expenses.
Our service providers: they process data only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

You can permanently delete your account at any time: Profile → Delete My Account. This action cannot be undone; all of your expense, debt, group, subscription and badge data is deleted.
Data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from the database immediately and purged from backups within 30 days.
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Most of your data can be accessed, edited and deleted directly inside the app. For other requests, contact us.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
These terms govern your use of the İbanla Kanka application. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
İbanla Kanka lets friends split shared expenses, track debts and record settlements with mutual confirmation. We reserve the right to improve, change or discontinue the service.
Core features are free. The optional Premium subscription unlocks additional features.

When using the app, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Expense descriptions, group names and receipt images you enter belong to you. We store and process them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content.
The app is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for debt relationships between users, for whether payments are made, or for the accuracy of the data entered. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
You may delete your account from inside the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms. You will be informed in the app of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
You can delete your account and all your data without even opening the app. Use either of the two methods below.
Your account and all your data are deleted instantly and permanently.
If you no longer have the device, uninstalled the app, or can't sign in, you can request deletion by email.
